"The most useful thing I bring to any engagement isn't a framework or a credential. It's that I've been inside these organizations. I know what the pressure looks like from every level, and I know how to build systems that work."
— LS Snyder, LWS LLC
“Little Woven Strategies is named after my mother. She was a writer. She was the thread that kept people connected, she would weave stories together, hold people in her words, and make sure everyone knew they were loved. Through everything I put her through, she could still hold space for me. She is woven into this work because she held space when I had no right to expect it, and changed the trajectory of my life for the better because of it.”

About LS Snyder
Behavioral health from inside.
LS Snyder has spent over a decade inside behavioral health organizations, from frontline nonprofit work and high-risk adolescent psychiatric care, to developing and maintaining a residential and outpatient treatment program. They now consult independently through LWS LLC and offer contracted peer support services as a Certified Peer Support Specialist.

Understanding Peer Support
More than support. A recognized practice.
Peer support is evidence-informed, ethically governed, and distinct from clinical care. It works alongside therapy not in place of it. LS is a Certified Peer Support Specialist governed by national ethical standards.
What it offers:
Lived-experience based connection
Recovery-oriented perspective
Community and belonging
Hope through example
What it is not:
Therapy or clinical treatment
Diagnosis or case management
Crisis intervention
A replacement for clinical care
