LS has worked in behavioral health since 2014, starting in nonprofit organizations and high-risk psychiatric care for adolescents, moving through residential and outpatient settings, and ultimately serving as COO of adult substance abuse and mental health treatment programs before stepping into independent consulting. That experience is the value. Not a framework handed down from the outside, but the knowledge of someone who has done the work.
